Acceptance Letters

Mr. Barstow,

Hello, and welcome to Stine University! We are pleased to welcome you into our Monsters, Aliens and Divergent creatures Science and Studies program as a human student. As a student at Stine University, you will be integrated into life in the surrounding Stine Village as well as a standard, though uniquely diverse, campus experience.

As a freshman student, you will be expected to follow both our code of conduct, which covers all students and faculty, and the unique rules set for freshman and sophomore students. Please review the PDF copy of the student handbook emailed to you upon your acceptance. A physical copy will be provided when you register as a resident of Stine Village. Failure to abide by the Stine University code of conduct, as well as local laws, will result in immediate expulsion. Remember, discretion is a must to keep you and your peers safe!

Class registration for the Fall Semester begins in July. Summer classes may be offered informally; please contact an administrator for more information if interested. Tours for incoming freshmen are offered on the following dates:

  • February 13th, 2027
  • March 20th, 2027
  • April 17th, 2027

A disability-accessible tour will take place on April 23rd. If a private tour is desired, please contact the Student Services Office.

In your application, you indicated that you would prefer off-campus housing within Stine Village. As such, no campus housing will be reserved for you. However, you are eligible for the Stine Rent Assistance Program to help you pay for rent and utilities. Please see the Stine University website on the World Wide Web to locate the Rent Assistance Application form along with instructions on how to mail it. Or, a form can be provided upon request at the Stine University Student Center, the Stine Village Post Office, or the Stine Village Town Hall. Proof of residence within Stine Village is required before class enrollment each semester.
